PMDT-CL21 UHF Signal Generator
The PMDT-CL21 UHF Signal Generator generates electromagnetic signals used to simulate Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) Partial Discharge signals. The signals produced by this generator can be detected using PMDT products using the UHF sensor, such as the PDetector. It is also equipped with an easy-to-read display screen that uses bright green LEDs for convenience and functionality. It comes with four different modes that produce four different types of PD signals, whose signal strength and patterns can be adjusted for demonstration purposes. Users are able to save data readings through their device, such as the PDetector, and upload the data via software provided by PMDT for further viewing and analysis. The UHF Signal Generator also gives users the ability to calibrate the PDetector sensors before actual field testing to ensure proper performance and offers great opportunity for training of new users on partial discharge theories and how the PDetector works.
